• Stay Period: Until – 31st March 2023
• Customer is to scan the QR code at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park’s turnstile, register
  biometric before enter to the park.
• Customer is only able to book the Virtual Queue (VQ) reservation after customer scan at the
  turnstile on their actual visit date.
• Customer is NOT able to book VQ in advance after receiving the booking confirmation.
• For customer that do not download the Genting SkyWorlds App, they MUST retain their admission
  ticket for multiple entry to the park.
• For park map and latest show time, please refer to Genting SkyWorlds App.
• Child above 110CM is to purchase Adult ticket.
• Virtual Queue (VQ) enables you to enjoy the park freely before your selected reservation time slot at your preferred Genting SkyWorlds rides and attractions. Guests are encouraged to download the official Genting SkyWorlds app and link their tickets to make the VQ reservations.

• The confirmation of your stay is subject to room availability.
• You are required to produce an email confirmation for the redemption of Genting SkyWorlds tickets at the ticketing counter.
• Certain rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, or other offerings may be unavailable, modified or operating at a reduced capacity during our extended soft opening period.
• This offer is only valid for staying on the dates stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No refunds will be issued if the package is cancelled or unutilised.
• The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package without prior notice.
• Effective 01.03.2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.
