All amendments OR cancellation is subject to our service providers’ terms and conditions, availability, and penalty. Any additional fare differences are to be bear by the customer.
Tripneasy (Travoyage Holiday Sdn Bhd). reserves the absolute right to charge you an administration fee of not more than RM100 per person to cover the administration costs incurred by Travoyage Holiday Sdn Bhd for all amendments or cancellation.
In the event of cancellation, the refund amount will be in the form of “Credit to your Bank Account”. Any handling fees incurred are non-refundable.
