Important:
•Please be advised that the land transfer (KT -Merang jetty) and boat transfer (Merang -Redang) is approximately 1 hour each.
•Arrival by any coach or flight after 08:30am and returning by any coach or flight before 12:30noon is NOT advisable.
•Any other arrangement of boat transfer out of our schedule will be charged accordingly.

Optional Add-ons:

•Land transfer from MBKT Bus Terminal / KT Airport to Merang jetty

•Ferry ticket via Taman TamadunIslam (TTI) jetty, Kuala Terengganu (Price subject to change)

Guest & Extra Bed Policy
• Packages are by minimum Adults required (Twin 2 Adults) (Triple 3 Adults) (Quad 4 Adults) Children are classified as add-on to the package
• Additional Mattress NOT available for all standard room types
• Toddler aged 1 –3 years old will share bed with parents, charged at RM 90 per pax
• Child rate applies for ages 4 –11 years old
• Adult rate applies for ages 12 and above
• Optional domestic insurance: RM 25 per pax.
• Weekdays (Sun – Wed), Weekends (Thurs – Sat)

Terms & Conditions:

• Min 2 Pax Children are classified as add-on to the package.
• All rate is inclusive of sales & services tax (SST).
• Check-in time 2pm, Check-out time 11:00am.
• Please note that the rooms allocation are run-on-house basis.
• This offer is subject to room availability and rates quoted are base on per person basic.
• Any unutilized services are non-refundable / non-transferable and will be forfeited.
• The resort reserves the rights to alter or modify, with or without prior notice, the itineraries, sea transfer & land transfer, due to adverse weather condition, technical problems to transport or circumstances beyond our control or if any part of the package provided is not utilized by the participant/s at own accord and choice; hence, there shall be no compensation paid for such said charges.
• Every participant under the booking shall be deemed in all respect to carry his/her own risks.
• It is advisable that all participants are adequately insured for the full duration of the holiday package inrespect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellations and curtailment when participating in active land and sea based activities.
