 Please note that this rate package is for Malaysian only
 Only fully vaccinated travelers accepted into the resort
 Child below the ages of 12 years old must be accompanied by fully vaccinated parents/guardians
 Youth between the ages of 12 – 18 years old receiving at least one dose of vaccination
 Guest will bear cost of transportation if symptomatic during the stay and tested positive
 Strictly no outside Food & Drinks allowed into the Resort
 No pregnant women are allowed by boat to KAPALAI Resort
 No dive allowed within 24 hours prior to departure flight time

Transfer by Boat from Semporna (kapalai Private eJetty) 40mins to Kapalai Resort and return (on SIC Basic)
Single Supp rate additional 30% from the package rate
5% off from the total package rate for sharing 3 adults in a chalet
Non-refundable deposit 50% of tour fare upon booking confirmation.

No any hotel room had been hold / block. Kapalai has no other room category and allocation of room is based on RUN oHouse (ROH) Basis. (Choosing of Room by number will not be entertained)
Extension Night per Night Included:

– Non Diver Package 1 Night Accommodation, 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner and unlimited snorkeling Activity (Without Equipment)

Room Accomodation head count only count on guest, Non-Guest will not count into room accommodation headcount.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No Cancellation / Amendment after booking confirmation.
(1) From 29 days to 15 days – 50% of the trip’s full price forfeited.
(2) From 14 days to 8 days – 75% of the trip’s full price forfeited.
