PAYMENT POLICY:

• Payment for booking fees RM 500 /pax.
• Balance OR FULL payment must be paid 30 days BEFORE departure date. In the even that we not received the full payment within the stipulated 30 days prior departure date,
• Travoyage Holiday Sdn Bhd reserve the right to cancel the booking and deposit payment will be forfeited.
• We will not be responsible for any price increase for the tour packages due to late full payment.
• Please refer to the full version of the terms and conditions in our website.

• Flights, transportation, hotels, meals and itineraries and sequences stated in the brochure are subject to change without prior notice and subject to final confirmation.
• Hotel accommodation may change with similar star rating.
• Itinerary is subject to change according to local condition without prior notice.
• Unused portion of the tour program is not refundable.
• Travoyage Holiday Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for personal incidents or loss during the tours.

• Any changes due to changes in itinerary (weather, public holidays etc.) or changes in flight schedules are outside our control.
• The deposit payment received means that you have agreed to the terms & conditions and understand the company’s policy for your tour package.
