• The guest cannot manage any type of optional tour other than the tour operated by the company’s supplier in destination. If the customer does so, you will have to pay a penalty of 100 usd/pax to the tour guide.
• The types and choices of the Hotel are subject to current changes and can be replaced with equivalent hotels.
• Prices are subject to current price exposure on public holidays, any increase is beyond the company’s expectations and should be bare by the participant.
• Prices are subject to change during foreign exchange without prior notice and Travoyage Holiday Sdn Bhd will not incur any additional payments.
• There is no return of money if the visit program is not used by the participant. Travoyage Holiday Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any accident by the participant for his own negligence during the journey. We advise all participants to purchase travel insurance to cover you during your trip.
