• Guest will have to self-declare if they are issued High Risk Warning, High Risk Alert or Leave Of Absence during the Health Questionnaire. In the event, if the guest fail to report to Royal Caribbean, the guest will be dealt with by the Singapore Government failing to self-isolate at their own residence.
• Guest prior to boarding tested Covid positive or received a Health Risk Warning, High Risk Alert, Leave Of Absence or serving a Stay-Home Notice, kindly inform if guest will not be able to cruise.
• Only Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents (PR), valid long term pass holders, such as work permit holders, employment pass holders, dependant pass (DP) holders, student pass holders, long-term pass holders are allowed on CTNW. Guests who were not eligible for the cruise are PR with expired re-entry permit, cancelled DP holders, cancelled work pass holders (who are on special passes- which are considered short-term passes), and expired long-term pass holders.
• Short term visit pass (STVP) holders are not allowed for the (cruise to nowhere – CTNW) according to prevailing policy.
