Marine Park Conservation Fees:
Every guest entering Redang Island is subject to a Marine Park Conservation Fund Cash payment. These cash payment are payable at the Jetty and it must be paid directly to the Marine Park Conservation office. Rates are subject to change by Marine Office.

Booking Criteria for Extra Bed Supplement
▪ Maximum up to one (01) unit of extra bed allowed in all room categories (except for Two-Bedroom categories) with maximum up to 3 persons per unit.
▪ Maximum up to two (02) units of extra bed allowed in the Two-Bedroom categories with maximum occupant up to 6 persons per unit.

Flight Cancellation OR Changes Flight Schedules
➢ At any time, your booking has been made, we may change our schedules and/or cancel, divert, postpone, reschedule or delay any flight where we reasonably consider this to be justified beyond our control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons.
➢ In the event of such flight cancellation, we shall at our option, either: –
✓ Rearrange earliest alternative flight by another airline via TGG Airport without additional charge.
✓ Guest may amend travel date at no additional charge.
