All visitors are required to pay a Tourism Tax at Myr10.00 per room per night at the resort upon check in under government law. For all visitors that entering Perhentian Islands are also required to pay The Kuala Besut Jetty Service Charge managed by Kuala Besut District Council. Payment in Cash Only is payable at Kuala Besut Jetty Counter prior to entering the Jetty.
The Malaysian government has imposed an additional hotel tax to foreigners which will be charged per room per night. The fees will be paid directly to the hotel as we are the appointed tax collector by the government.
Any other additional fee imposed by government will be advised accordingly.

No-Show : If you fail to check in on time by the time the Ferry departs the fare you paid will not be refunded to you for any reason.

a. Check-in time is after 3:00 pm.
b. Check-out time is before 12:00 noon. Early Check-in or Check Out may incur additional cost.
