Marine Park Conservation Fees:
Every guest entering Redang Island is subject to a Marine Park Conservation Fund Cash payment. These cash payment are payable at the Jetty and it must be paid directly to the Marine Park Conservation office. Rates are subject to change by Marine Office.

  • Please be PUNCTUAL for all activities.
  • Any missed activities will not be replaced.
  • The resort reserves the rights to alter the itineraries , substitute a vehicle or cancel any activities due to unforeseen operational conditions.
  • Boarding : You must be at the Long Beach Jetty ( infront of Redang Beach ) At least 30 minutes before the scheduled ferry departure time.
  • No-Show : If you fail to check in on time by the time the Ferry departs the fare you paid will not be refunded to you for any reason.

  • Dive slots are subjects to schedule availability upon confirmed reservation
